How to Create and Send an Email Campaign

HOW TO CREATE AND SEND  AN EMAIL CAMPAIGN.

First Select the Marketing module from the top left on your screen.

Then select from the right side Menu the <email campaign > icon.

Click at < create campaign>

This is a process that will take several steps (Information -about the campaign, Recipients-list of the contacts in the campaign, Type– this is the type of email to be send (text or HTML rich), Design– all the graphics and message information for your email message, Delivery- how and when the campaign will be send)

These process will take 5 steps:

  1. Information: Enter the basic information that describe the email-campaign been created. Name-of the campaign, Subject- what the campaign is going to be about, Senders Name- Main Senders name e.g. Company Name, etc…
    when done clik at <NEXT>
  2. Recipients- select the list you want to send to from the list section.
    1. You can also create a new list by clicking at the <create a List> , enter the Name-of the list you want add the rule and Click <save> . you will get a success confirmation message and from there you can return to the list section (note: the bigger the list it may take several minutes to finish retrieving all the names desired.
    2. after the new list is created return to the <email marketing > tap Select the campaign created and click < action> select <edit email campaign> go to receipts- list select the new list    It is that simple
  3. Click at <Type> and select <Email Builder> and click at <NEXT>
  4. From the Email Builder screen you can select a Blank Template and build your email template from scratch or select from one of our existing Templates. Please note as you create your own templates they are saved in the <My Templates Tap> It is Important to understand that createing new templates requieres some basic edit/grapgics skill it is always recommened to use one of the existing Templates end edit them.

    Once in the of the selected Template you can start editing. You can add :

    1. Columns: This are frame or container were you can insert: lines, text, images, html code
      1. select the column tap in the editing section on the right.  Drag and Drop the column in the area you desire to insert the column.  You can select from there the type of column you want.
        (note: to return to the main editing section click at the <X> on the right side of the editing menu.

    2. Line: allows you to insert divider lines
      1. select the Divider tap form the editing section on the right. Drag and Drop the divider in the area you desire to insert the divider line.Button: You can insert actionable buttons
        1. select the Button tap form the editing section on the right. Drag and Drop the button in the area you desire to insert the button. You can edit the button text and actions.
  1. HTML: allows to insert directly any HTML code for special scripts you want to insert in your email.
    1. select the HTML tap form the editing section on the right. Drag and Drop the <HTML> in the area you desire to insert the HTML CODE. You can edit the HTML code and actions.
  2. Images: Allows to insert all types of images (jpeg, Png, etc the ..) Note this is not and image editor so you need to edit he images with and image editor like PAINT, ADOBE etc…
    1. select the Image tap form the editing section on the right. Drag and Drop the <image> in the area you desire to insert the desire image from your local computer using the image edit function on the right. Upload the image and edit .
  3. TEXT: allows to insert text it has a build-in text editor (tip: it is recommended that you create all your text in a Word Doc. and copy and paste from the doc.) and remember to pre-plan ….
    1. select the Text tap form the editing section on the right. Drag and Drop the <Text> tap in the area you desire to insert the desire text. You can edit the text directly from this section it has a build-in text editor.Body: Allows you to insert background images, change colors etc…
      1. select the Body tap form the editing section on the right. Click the Body tap . You can edit the Body from the right side menu. (insert background image, colors, etc….

        after finish the Template section click at
        <NEXT> and Enter the Delivery information.

        7. Delivery: This is the section were you need to enter the legal information of the sender, schedule the date and time when to send the campaign, and send a test. HIGHLY RECOMENDED that you always send a test msg to your self in order to see how the msg will look.
