From the Sales Module go to the <customize tap> in the left side nav. bar
From the <customization > section you can customize multiple sesytem sections such as; source, contact type, sector, deal stage, loss reason, custom fields:
Source- were is that source were the contact came by email list, or event etc. click at <source tap> and at the right side enter the <new source name> and click at the <+> symbol.
Contact Type – id the contact if it is a existing customer, prospect, etc.. click at <contact type tap> and at the right side enter the <new contact type> and click at the <+> symbol.
sector – id the contact by the industry sector they are from. click at <sector tap> and at the right side enter the <new sector> and click at the <+> symbol.
deal stage: this allows to manage the funnel stage the sales is at. click at <deal stage tap> and at the right side enter the <new tap> and enter the order of the stage, and the name, if the stage is the default when you open a new deal and at the if the stage is the last one you can select if it is won/ loss/ etc. and the click at <+> symbol.
Loss reason: allows to id the reason you lost the deal/sale
Click at the <Loss reason tap> enter the reason in the <New reason tap> and click at <+> symbol.
Custom Fields: allows you to add custom fields in the contacts, company and deals data bases.
Click at the <custom field tap> select the Data Base section you want to add the custom field (contact, company, or deal) and click <add new field>
from the add new field screen add; the entity( what DB will go to: contacts, company, deals) , the Name of the new field, the TYPE of field it is: text, number, ext…, and if you what a default value to be added .
